Description of Role
IntegrityM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of a federal government contract supporting CMS. This individual will provide direction and operational oversight for tasks essential to monitoring, oversight, compliance, and auditing activities in alignment with CMS goals and requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of all contractual obligations, working closely with internal teams, CMS, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the entire lifecycle of work, ensuring high-quality and timely performance.
- Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day operational tasks, including resource allocation, task sequencing, and milestone tracking to meet project goals efficiently.
- Work closely with the Senior Program Director to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing challenges and adjusting resources as needed.
- Deliver detailed progress reports to CMS and internal leadership, ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to project timelines and requirements.
- Review and validate program deliverables to ensure they meet accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards (according to the SOW).
- Foster clear and effective communication with CMS, subcontractors, and team members to align on priorities and maintain project momentum
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing teams and schedules for complex government contracts or healthcare programs.
- Strong understanding of the requirements of government contracts, with the ability to provide direction for task completion and deliverables.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal teams, CMS representatives, and external stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing data-driven project execution, including quantitative analysis and qualitative audits, to ensure informed decision-making and actionable insights.
- Familiarity with federal healthcare regulations, especially those related to drug pricing, Medicare Part B/D, and compliance programs, is highly desirable
Preferred Skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (PMBOK) and methodologies.
- Experience with CMS programs or contracts, particularly those involving auditing, investigations, or oversight analytics.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-disciplinary teams and navigating complex, high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders.
