As a Product Marketing Coordinator For Padu app you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to understand customer needs and market trends, and develop messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience. As Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the market strategy, positioning, messaging, and overall marketing success of our product you will bridge the gap between product development, marketing, and sales, ensuring that the product meets market demands and achieves its business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify trends, customer needs, and buying behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Craft product positioning and messaging that resonate with both end-users and business partners (B2C & B2B2C).
- Support strategic collaborations through targeted marketing actions, content, and performance tracking.
- Create compelling product content, including sales collateral, website copy, and social media posts, that effectively communicates product value and benefits.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
- Monitor product adoption metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
- Own the launch plan for new products and features and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure successful execution.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email, advertising, and events, to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and tactics.
- Track KPIs like product usage, campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Use data to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Identify and nurture customer champions for case studies, testimonials, and references.
- Work closely with Customer Success to gather feedback and improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, marketing or communications, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing practices and digital channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset & Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
