The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with business goals and market trends. This role involves managing client relationships, optimizing the sales pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Collaborating with internal teams and customers, the Sales Manager ensures a seamless client journey while refining sales approaches to enhance engagement and market position.

At one of our locations with the option to work at home. Must be willing to work/visit our Delta, BC manufacturing facility on occasion to gain a deeper understanding of our core business.

The Role & Responsibilities - What You’ll Do (Sales Manager):
  • Coordinate and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute sales plans that align with company objectives and market conditions.
  • Align client journeys with various market entry strategies to optimize engagement.
  • Monitor market trends to maintain a competitive edge and refine sales strategies.
  • Track and achieve sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing high-potential leads.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Assess sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
  • Develop and refine tailored proposals and contracts that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful sales materials.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate client data and streamlined outreach.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate and adjust sales strategies for better outcomes.
  • Stay informed about emerging sales technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze market and client data to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
  • Develop compelling business cases for new initiatives, ensuring strong value propositions.
  • Address sales challenges with proactive, effective solutions to drive success.
  • Optimize the sales process by identifying gaps and implementing improvements.
  • Experiment with innovative engagement techniques to strengthen client relationships.
  • Leverage client feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Adjust sales approaches based on evolving market conditions and client needs.
  • Support the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Adapt sales tactics to economic shifts, industry trends, and competitive movements.
  • Integrate new sales methodologies and technologies to improve performance.
  • Identify scalable sales opportunities to support company growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive alignment and performance.
  • Partner with finance and operations to ensure sales goals align with business objectives.
  • Present sales reports and market insights to leadership, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Foster open communication within the sales team to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks in client negotiations and deal closures.
  • Uphold ethical sales practices and ensure transparency in all interactions.
  • Align all sales activities with the company’s core values to protect its reputation.
  • Adhere to company policies, administrative procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Continuously seek learning opportunities in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Engage in industry events, training, and networking to stay informed on best practices.
  • Approach challenges as opportunities for learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in developing their sales skills.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they understand expectations and processes.


Education & Qualifications, Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.


Skills & Experience, Required:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales management, ideally within the development, construction, architecture or real estate industry.
  • Expertise in managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools, leveraging data to optimize strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, risk management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of business development, client relationship management, and proposal development.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs effectively to drive sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating with internal teams and executive leadership.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings as needed.


Important to Mention!
  • Must provide your own CSA approved 6” safety footwear, required.
  • Ability to provide proof of the right to work for the Company in Canada.
  • Successful candidates may be required to submit to a background check
  • Willingness to work between our office and manufacturing facilities.


$80,000 - $130,000 a year
For this role, the estimated base salary range is $80,000 to $130,000.

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. Benefits offered after 3 months.
