In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users, ensuring that all employees have access to technology that works seamlessly. Your knack for problem-solving and your ability to communicate effectively with users of all technical backgrounds will be crucial as you manage support tickets, maintain documentation, and assist with technology deployments.
*This is a full time onsite opportunity and we will only consider talent in the Tampa area. We expect this team to start in early February, and as a result this will be an expedited recruitment process.
