We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Helpdesk Technician with at least 7 years of IT help desk experience. This role will focus on resolving complex IT tickets and contributing to IT projects that enhance our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure, Intune, Google Workspace, Mosyle MDM, AWS, and various enterprise applications.
