At Intercom you’ll be a Systems Engineer in IT, you will work on evolving our IT infrastructure with a focus on deliverability, identity & access management and compliance. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious IT team that leverages SaaS-based solutions to be at the forefront in the business processes and employee lifecycle automation space. If you are coming from a traditional systems engineering or dev ops background, this role will expand the scope of your experience to truly agile, cutting edge, cloud environments.
