What You Will Be Doing:

• Define and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process from start to offer.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure job requirements/job descriptions are accurate
• Contribute towards creating an excellent candidate experience.
• Attend careers and university events .

Qualifications & Experience

• BA degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field; MA in Human Resources will be an asset.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Tech Industry.
• Familiar with the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong experience with sourcing using internet job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek.
• Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel.
