As our chosen Assistant Community Manager, everyday you will draft correspondences and other formal documents, plan and schedule appointments and events, greet and assist onsite guests, answer inbound telephone calls, develop and implement organized filing systems, enforce property and associations' rules and regulations and assist Property Manager with tasks as assigned. Lamplighter (227 spaces) is a beautiful manufactured housing community in Camarillo, CA and we want YOU to be our Assistant Community Manager!

To thrive in this role:

One year or park management or property management experience of 100 doors or more

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Make prompt decisions under pressure

Ability to work weekends and holidays if the park is open

Must have a valid driver's license 

Bonus Skills

Yardi or OneSite experience

Bilingual (Spanish)

Customer service of 6 months or more in an MHC park or hotel industry

$25 Per Hour
