Investor Relations Associate

Job Overview: 

InVitro Capital is seeking a dynamic and highly personable Investor Relations Associate to join our team in the USA. This client-facing role is pivotal in managing investor relationships, crafting compelling narratives, and representing the company in high-stakes interactions. As the primary point of contact for investors, you will be responsible for building trust, fostering networks, and ensuring clear and impactful communication of InVitro Capital’s vision, performance, and opportunities.

This is an ideal position for someone with exceptional communication skills, a knack for networking, and the ability to manage complex projects while providing polished presentations and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing investors, ensuring trust and transparency.
• Networking: Identify and connect with new investors; UHNWI, HNWI & Family Offices to create interest in our offering.
• Deck and Storyline Development: Create compelling investor presentations, storylines, and materials that communicate the company’s strategy, vision, and performance effectively.
• Market and Portfolio Updates: Deliver regular updates to investors, including performance highlights, market trends, and opportunities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, performance summaries, and investment updates.
• Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships in high-pressure environments.
