iSchool, a premier e-learning platform dedicated to teaching coding and artificial intelligence to students aged 6 to 18, is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support representatives who are native English speakers. In this role, you will be essential in providing top-tier assistance to our students, parents, and educators. Your primary responsibilities will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical challenges, offering guidance on our programs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Join us in our mission to inspire young minds through innovative learning.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our e-learning platform.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, registration, and course selection processes.
  • Provide clear product information and guidance based on individual customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and support processes.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues as required.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar position.
  • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to guide customers effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and basic technical concepts.
  • Genuine interest in education and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
