iSchool is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for Chat to join our innovative sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for parents interested in our educational platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers through online chat, providing them with information about our offerings and guiding them through the sales process.

As a Sales Representative over chat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and informative experience for parents, helping them make informed decisions about their children's educational needs in the fields of coding, programming, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via live chat to offer information about iSchool's courses and services.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information regarding our educational offerings.
  • Use persuasive communication techniques to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Follow up on leads generated through our online platforms, ensuring a quick and efficient response.
  • Build strong relationships with parents to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable courses for their children.
  • Maintain records of chat interactions and outcomes for follow-up and analysis purposes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and goals.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an online or chat environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong ability to engage customers through online chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Results-driven individual with a passion for education and technology.
  • Experience using chat software or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
