Responsibilities:

1. Lead Moderation and Support:
• Review and moderate leads who have booked trial sessions.
• Assist leads with resolving any issues before or during the free session.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth experience for the leads.
2. Operational Efficiency:
• Ensure automation systems and workflows are functioning properly.
3. Lead Follow-Up Campaigns:
• Create and send bulk follow-up campaigns to re-engage old leads.
4. Data Management:
• Clean and organize lead data to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Ensure no duplication or redundant entries in the system.

• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and automation workflows.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with the sales, operations, and support teams.
