Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee project costs, durations, and contracts while ensuring efficient execution. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, project scheduling, budgeting, negotiations, and overall project leadership. The role requires strong project management skills and experience in commercial construction projects such as restaurants, schools, retail spaces, and multi-unit housing.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or relevant experience).

·  Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Timberline and estimating software is a plus.

·  Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Certifications/Skills:

·        Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or relevant experience in lieu of education).

·        8–10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry.

·        Strong expertise in project management systems/software and experience managing projects with multiple subcontractors, trades, and equipment coordination.

·        Proficiency in email, internet applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Procore, and Sage.
