With the Philippines as a key delivery center, we are expanding our local team and seeking a Delivery Manager to spearhead project success and foster an agile culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, meeting timelines, and adhering to budgets.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate across multiple regions, acting as a key contact to support project alignment and manage workforce needs in the Philippines.
- Foster a strong agile culture, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness to change.
- Work with cross-functional teams in strategy, design, data science, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Actively support regional teams (Australia, North America, China, Latam) in managing project resources, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Facilitate training initiatives to strengthen the agile mindset and enhance project management capabilities within the team.
- Conduct regular retrospectives and assessments to improve workflows and maximize productivity.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting an inclusive, high-performance work environment that aligns with company goals.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within digital or IT consulting, with a focus on cross-regional collaboration.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships across different regions and cultures.
- Experience in managing resources and workflows in a global delivery model, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams, including strategy, data science, design, and engineering.
- Prior experience in a leadership role with team management and mentoring responsibilities is highly desirable.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications are a plus.
Additional Information:- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
- Work Location: Quezon City
- Shift Schedule: Day Shift (9:00AM - 6:00PM); 9 hours a day, 5 days a week
