ROLE OVERVIEW: 

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects in Risk Management covering retail and wholesale credit, market trading and treasury, operations, security and fraud risk, climate, risk models and risk strategy together with financial crime and compliance. The role holder will work in Risk and Compliance Transformation programme, which manages the Change the Bank investment portfolio and associated transformation activity across the Risk and Compliance function globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, mobilize, and direct projects of high complexity and scale
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Manage risks, teams, and outcomes to achieve project goals
• Deploy the Bank Change Framework within projects
• Collaborate with Programme Managers to align projects with the wider change portfolio
• Manage team members' performance, development, and resource allocation

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Delivery of large-scale complex projects at pace, developing high performing interchanging teams to support delivery at each stage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Evidence of ability to make key strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
• Proven implementation, change management experience
