We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects. This role requires a highly organised and experienced individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will support our Client’s in-house creative team, working within and contributing to an integrated Brand Design System.

This position will operate within our Client's open and collaborative creative culture. This means all creative is shared early and often with the multi-disciplinary creative community. This will help ensure alignment and consistent evolution of our brand and holistic customer experiences.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Challenge and qualify briefs to ensure delivery of effective content, and support prioritisation of projects against business goals.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to drive project success.
• Oversee and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial tracking.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, creative team members, and external partners to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the creative team, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Utilize project management and design software to streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure projects are relevant and impactful.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a creative or marketing environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience working with financial services accounts or roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of creative processes and design principles.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Experience with Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
