Cybersecurity Project Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Oversee the implementation and coordination of the Cyber Adaptation Roadmap, ensuring up-to-date tracking of activities, milestones, and efforts.
• Develop metrics and measurements for tracking Roadmap implementation progress.
• Engage regularly with Enterprise stakeholders through written communication, oversight portals, and both physical and virtual meetings.
• Lead the creation of the technical roadmap, including presentations and visuals, in coordination with work strand leads.
• Establish the annual refinement cycle for the Cyber Adaptation Roadmap.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to extend the implementation horizon annually.
• Develop and refine metrics for the Enterprise Cybersecurity Scorecard, assessing performance and maturity, and publish it annually.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• A bachelor's degree (or 3 years of higher education) in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, technology change, digital transformation and governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills.
• Expert knowledge of project management concepts and processes.
• Certifications in project management, preferably linked to cybersecurity.

Desirable:

• Experience organizing international conferences and technology events.
