Marketing Specialist Agent - USA Hours (Remote)

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client, who is urgently seeking a young, positive and energetic Marketing Specialist.

The role involves supporting key marketing initiatives through tasks such as content creation, social media management, CRM monitoring, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Working Hours: This role requires you to work US hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependant on daylight savings)
• Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
• Internet (fibre): Candidates must possess a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection
• Power backup: Candidates must have power backup solution (UPS, Solar) to manage loadshedding or power outages.

• Develop and send monthly newsletters to target audiences
• Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms
• Oversee and update Zoho CRM for customer relationship management
• Create and manage social media content calendars
• Schedule and coordinate giveaway mass email campaigns
• Design and implement webinar registration forms
• Handle specific social media campaigns
• Design and schedule regular social media posts, such as Friday Weekend Tips
• Collaborate on other marketing campaigns as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus
• Experience with social media management, CRM platforms (preferably Zoho), and email marketing tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in design tools and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and writing skills

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience in creating and managing social media calendars
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and registration forms
• Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement metrics
