Outbound / Inbound Membership Sales Agent
Our client is a mobile veterinarian company, who sends veterinarian technicians to client homes.
The sales agent role involves reaching out to a list of over 3,000 clients to promote membership sales. Approximately 400 clients already match the membership levels offered by the Vets, which will be proposed to them, while the remaining clients are categorized into a basic tier. A pilot program with 200 customers will be conducted to determine which of the three membership tiers has the highest conversion rate, and the successful tier will be the focus for the sales team. If clients do not answer, an SMS follow-up will be sent. Inbound calls from potential members will be routed directly to the sales team.
Agents are expected to average 7 minutes per call, recognizing that many calls will result in voicemails or no answers. The anticipated answer rate for sales calls is approximately 20-25%, with each agent expected to make around 130 calls per day.
