What You’ll Work On

• Social Media & Digital Growth
• Develop and implement AI-enhanced content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Assist in enhancing and integrating Italian Itinerary’s new wellness & yoga retreat offerings across digital platforms.
• Research and engage with potential PR collaborations, influencers (assessing their true value), media, and advertising opportunities in tourism, hospitality, and travel.
• Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, and Hootsuite to schedule and manage social content.

AI-Powered Marketing & Email Strategy

• Use AI tools to refine digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns and SEO.
• Conduct market research on premium travel audiences and flexible pricing strategies for high-value travel and wellness retreats.
• Assist in creating AI-driven analytics reports to track digital performance and refine strategies.
• Support in online training webinars and workshops.

Collaboration & Research

• Identify and establish partnerships with companies in fundraising auction industry to offer Italian Itinerary’s services (ideal for corporate incentives, fundraising events, etc.).
• Research and expand our database of villas, retreat venues, and unique properties.
• Targeted marketing research on established yoga teachers and their networks for potential collaborations.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English (strong written and spoken communication skills).
• High attention to detail and a proactive, independent work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for AI-driven digital marketing and social media growth.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify high-value collaborations.
• Creativity in content creation, campaign development, and audience engagement.
• Any experience with WordPress, SEO, or AI-enhanced marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva) is a plus.
• Italian language skills are a plus but not required.

Internship Details

This is an unpaid, academic internship best suited for students seeking university credit or fulfilling degree-related work experience. You will gain practical, real-world experience in AI-powered digital marketing, target audience research, and brand development.

• Duration: Minimum commitment of 5-6 months (15-20 hours per week).
• Location: 100% remote (must have a stable internet connection).
