Scope of Role

Reporting to the Global Salesforce Lead, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will work with in-house teams to manage ITRS’s global CRM solution “Omni.” You will oversee the delivery of Salesforce enhancements and integrations, ensuring they meet our needs.

As a Salesforce Developer you will:

• Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Code, triggers, classes, and Lightning Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, etc.
• Configure CPQ components.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and provide technical support.
• Support the team by creating or updating test scripts and assist with any QA Testing required by the team or business.
• Improve strategy, scalability, and new ideas for Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and departments on enhancements, issues, and releases.
• Manage 3rd party suppliers for service delivery and cost efficiency.
• Ensure CRM system compliance with security and regulatory policies (e.g., GDPR).
• Recommend and implement solution procedures.
• Help with IT security questions and audits.
• Support Salesforce governance, risk, and compliance activities.

• Pardot
• Certinia

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II)
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning web components.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal/external systems via APIs or via Middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce's architecture, security and data model.
• Experience configuring Salesforce Flows, Workflows, Salesforce metadata and settings.
• Experience on data migration, cleansing, and transformation.
• Experience on Salesforce DevOps/Deployments Tools (e.g., Gearset) and Salesforce CLI is a plus.
• Experience in using Developer Console, Debug Logs and Apex Test Execution.
• Experience in QA testing and/or test automations in Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience on creating and/or writing technical documentation.
• Exposure on Agile methodology, Salesforce development life cycle and systems analysis.
• Knowledge of Certinia PSA, Pardot, Clari and Gong is a plus.
• Knowledge of ZoomInfo, BriteVerify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zendesk, Conga Composer and Conga Sign.
• Team collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, reporting onsite at least 2 days a week to our Makati office.
