Wastewater Project Manager (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wastewater Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of wastewater projects. This role requires technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. • Project Management:
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment, collection, and conveyance projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and proposals.
• Technical Oversight:
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on wastewater system designs and processes.
• Review and approve design plans, calculations, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure clear communication among team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Risk and Quality Management:
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
