iyzico continues to simplify online shopping for both consumers and sellers by the simple, accessible, and innovative technologies it developed.

• Assisting HR Business Partners with daily operations and providing support to the HR team across various employee lifecycle processes,
• Collaborating with the hiring team to ensure an efficient and high-touch recruitment experience for candidates,
• Reviewing candidate resumes and applications, conducting phone screenings, creating shortlists, and preparing reports,
• Maintaining up-to-date personnel records,
• Coordinating interview schedules during recruitment processes,
• Managing and updating all recruitment activities in the ATS system.

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program in a relevant field,
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week,
• Preferably have prior HR internship experience and a basic understanding of HR functions,
• Proficient in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Kariyer.net,
• Skilled in using MS Office programs effectively,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to deliver superior results under pressure and adapt to constantly changing circumstances.
