What’s it like to work at JDE Peet’s?

JDE Peet's, headquartered in Utrecht, is an expert in coffee and tea for the B2B market, offering a full-service concept: from coffee machines and ingredients to accessories, services, and marketing support.

The Global DevOps Digital team is responsible for all the development and maintenance of all digital activities on our B2B website & web-shop in over 15 countries. Developing new features, solving customer issues, designing internal systems and supporting colleagues in our business worldwide with their challenges.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to fully integrate into the Global DevOps Digital team as an Online Content / CMS intern. In 2025, we will be executing a CMS migration, offering a valuable learning experience where you’ll gain insights into the entire process—from design, development, and the adoption of the new system. This is a hands-on internship starting in February 2025, with the flexibility to work 4 internship days per week (leaving 1 day available for studies).

What will you do?

As an intern, you will be supporting us and our colleagues with various activities, such as:

• Building webpages within our brand new CMS (content management system)
• Setting up guidelines and best practices for colleagues to follow in the CMS
• Testing new features within our online environment
• Collaborating with our colleagues all over the world
• Providing support to colleagues with questions regarding CMS and/or other new features
• Supporting the CMS migration by coordinating the collection of assets, ensuring timely submission by markets

In short, this internship allows you to contribute as a full-fledged member of the Global DevOps Digital team!
 

Who are you?

• Academic Program: Pursuing a university-level (WO) or higher education (HBO) degree, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, copywriting or business development
• Skillset: Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experienced with online content creation would be advantageous
• Personal traits: You have a structured approach and have a strong attention to deadlines. A driven and energetic personality, proactive and independent but also a team player.
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from the 3rd of February to July.
• Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

• Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
• Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
• You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
