Our team of more than 90 employees, based in France and throughout Europe, enables more than 2,000 users to manage no less than 20 million tonnes of cereals worldwide. In this context of strong growth, we are looking for Technical Coordinators to ensure the deployment of our customers in the UK.
Position and duties:
As UK Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of Javelot - Store&Save solutions in the UK. Your tasks/objectives will be as follows:
A - General
- Guarantee the delivery of a functional site in compliance with cost, deadline, quality, and safety constraints.
- Conduct site audits, and select the best technical solution suited to the existing situation
- Find, manage and create partnerships with subcontractors to carry out installations
- Define KPIs to monitor customer deployment actions.
- Report operational issues to the roll-out manager and collaborate on action plans.
- Oversee maintenance operations (predictive/preventive/curative) and liaise with R&D to adapt solutions for the UK market.
B- Cost & Deadline targets
- Manage budgets to optimize installation costs and meet financial targets.
- Select, negotiate, and validate service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality installations.
- Propose an installation schedule that accounts for all constraints, for approval by Javelot, subcontractors and customer teams.
- Define key milestones to ensure deployment and on-time installations before harvest seasons.
- Monitor progress and provide regular schedule updates.
C- Quality and safety objectives
- Ensure subcontractors comply with installation constraints and quality standards.
- Verify that facilities are fully operational before harvest and conduct quality audits to compile all the information needed for future installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (professional rules on electrical work,..)
D- Business Development Support
- Contribute to business development by supporting the sales team in carrying out tests with prospective customers
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
- Mobility and availability for frequent travel throughout the UK.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
- Level of training : Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
