Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator with demonstrated U.S. Federal Government Services contracts experience, with a proven track record of supporting various U.S. Federal Government contract administrative activities. You will support Federal Industry Solutions Development (ISD) consulting services, Unified and Product Support Services, and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) programs in a high volume and highly transactional information technology Services environment. 

Your performance will require contract administration duties, such as completing U.S. Federal Government and partner representations and certifications, contract reporting, contract close-outs, insurance certificates and performance bonds, sole source justifications, researching non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, and establishing Services Agreements with customers and partners. 

You will assist and provide contract administrative support to the business and Federal Services Contracts Managers in the review, capture, execution and administration of IT services proposals, contracts, and subcontracts with Federal Government customers and partners.

** This is a contract position through the end of June 2025 with a chance to extend per client request **

Responsibilities:

  • Completing U.S. Federal Government and partner IT Services contracts representations and certifications, contract reporting, and contract close-outs;
  • Research and establishing Services Agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and teaming agreements;
  • Supporting RFP bid responses, by reviewing and completing proposal support documents to ensure compliance with RFP requirements;
  • Providing contract and subcontract support to assist with IT Services contract proposals and awards for ISD, Unified and Product Support Services, and OTAs;
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders, Federal customers and Partners to ensure the proper execution of contracts, subcontracts, and contract documents.

  • B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience providing contract administration support for the sales of IT Services with U.S. Federal Government customers and partners, including representations and certifications, contract closeouts and contract reporting;
  • Working knowledge and experience with U.S. Federal Government contracting rules and regulations; 
  • Experience and willingness to develop stakeholder and customer relationships through to assist in driving Services growth for Federal.

Desirable Skills:

  • Legal/paralegal training, education, and/or work experience;
  • U.S. Federal RFP/Proposal/Solicitation review and preparation;
  • Contract Review/Drafting (prime and subcontract actions and modifications);
  • Partnership/Teaming Arrangements (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements);
  • Sole Source Procurements;
  • Internal and External Customer Relationship Development. 

Compensation Range: $30-$32/hr

** This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised. The identity of the Client will be disclosed if you are selected to move forward in the hiring process. **
