Job Description

Reporting to the Paid Media and Strategy Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability using proprietary technology that sets us apart in the industry. This is a fixed-term position to cover a maternity leave for one year, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position afterwards.

You'll help shape strategy and oversee the efficient daily management of an international client portfolio, focusing on driving performance to meet their goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategise and implement campaigns with Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) and Paid Social platforms.
  • Manage daily account optimisation and budget allocation, with a focus on performance and awareness campaigns.
  • Participate in Monthly Business Reviews and deliver strategic presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate the use of new tools to maximise campaign results, ensuring best practices are followed across accounts.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta and TikTok) conversion, performance and awareness campaigns.
  • You have proven client-facing or stakeholder management experience, enjoying relationship-building and adding value to your clients' businesses.
  • You can identify growth and optimisation opportunities beyond daily execution.
  • You can maintain complex spreadsheets to process campaign data from multiple sources.
  • You're proactive and always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
