Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and social media.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to improve future strategies.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, social media, and email marketing that aligns with brand voice and goals.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to improve user experience and engagement across digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure jfandco's digital marketing efforts are innovation-led.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
