For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Development Representative, Partnerships, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the company’s Partner Ecosystem by recruiting strategic partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential partners, conducting outreach, and leveraging your understanding of the company's value messaging. By mapping partner organizations, crafting tailored messaging, and coordinating discovery calls, you will help drive partnership success. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your sales skills and gain technical knowledge through a comprehensive career development program.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and target 150 prospective partners, strategizing ways to secure contractual agreements.
  • Map out partner organizations and engage key stakeholders within those organizations who are not currently engaged.
  • Craft compelling, personalized messaging for different types of partners, working closely with Partner Managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between Partner Sales reps and the internal Account Executive team to discuss joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and partner support, to ensure successful partner campaigns and initiatives.

  • At least 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Passion for sales and a strong desire to grow a career in software and technology.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, CrossBeam, Outreach, and Impartner.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment and meet goals consistently.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the desire to build a culture of growth and celebrate team successes.
  • Comfortable with asking tough questions and continuously seeking improvements.
