For one of our clients, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager, remotely from the United States.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term success. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing their needs, and overseeing key customer success metrics. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met, focusing on renewals, retention, and driving customer adoption of the platform.

Accountabilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with multiple points of contact within customer accounts.
  • Conduct annual account planning to set expectations and track customer success metrics.
  • Address customer issues and concerns within one business day, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Meet revenue retention goals through churn mitigation, account renewals, and upsells.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to drive overall customer satisfaction and success.
  • Provide customer education by demonstrating platform features and their benefits.

  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience managing a book of business in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of hitting revenue retention goals and mitigating churn.
  • Proven experience using a consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey the value of the product to customers.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
