For one of our clients, we are looking for a Construction Inside Sales (Remote-work from home), remotely from Ohio, US.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting B2B cold calling, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Your role will focus on driving growth through strategic market research and outreach. Working remotely, you will collaborate with a nationwide sales team to expand business opportunities and achieve sales targets within your designated territory.

Accountabilities:

• Drive lead generation through B2B cold calling, email campaigns, and in-depth market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the nationwide sales team to expand market coverage and territory growth.
• Effectively manage customer information and sales pipeline through CRM tools.
• Set and achieve individual sales goals and KPIs to contribute to business growth.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required.

• Full-time position with a base salary of $40K-$45K, plus incentives.
