One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Dutch speaking) in Belgium.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. You’ll guide both customers and service providers throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a seamless daily experience on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to creating meaningful connections. Accountabilities:

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via email and phone, offering effective solutions and guidance.
  • Support service providers in optimizing their profiles and increasing their visibility.
  • Manage key operational processes such as cancellations, payments, profile validation, and moderation.
  • Assist new users with onboarding and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Gather user feedback and share it internally to drive product improvements.
  • Contribute ideas to continuously enhance the user experience.
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic tone.
  • Proactive mindset and a hands-on “let’s do this” attitude.
  • Good command of English for internal collaboration.
  • Preferably experience in customer service or community management.
  • French is a plus.
