Key Responsibilities

• Handle 30-45 incoming calls daily, identifying customer needs and providing assistance
• Research and resolve complex issues while documenting information in computer systems
• Meet established productivity and quality standards, contributing to team content updates

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
• Ability to work during specified business hours, including occasional overtime and weekends
