For one of our clients, we are looking for a Mandarin Gaming Support Agent, working remotely from Malaysia.

As a Gaming Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to players, addressing their inquiries related to account management, gameplay, and technical troubleshooting. You will collaborate with a team to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a seamless gaming experience. By staying informed about game updates, releases, and branding, you will be able to deliver knowledgeable and timely assistance. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to help you enhance your problem-solving and customer service skills in the gaming industry.

Accountabilities:

• Address and resolve players' issues, including account, gameplay, and technical concerns.
• Collaborate with your team to provide consistent and high-quality support.
• Stay updated on game developments, updates, and branding to deliver accurate information.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve your skills and adapt to new challenges.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve the overall player experience.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (C1 minimum) and English (B2 minimum).
• A strong passion for video games and familiarity with platforms like PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, or modern gaming PCs/laptops.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and quick learning skills.
• A dedicated and quiet workspace at home.
• (Optional) Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Technical requirements for your workstation:
• Minimum 10 Mb/s internet download and upload speed, with latency under 200ms internationally.
• At least 8 GB of RAM.
• A 64-bit version of Windows 10 or newer, or macOS 10.11 or newer.
• An Intel Core i5-8260U or equivalent (8th Gen Intel or above; for Ryzen, 2nd Gen or above).
• An AMD 7870 GPU or equivalent.
• A smartphone for two-factor authentication (Android 8.0+ or iOS 15.0+).
