For one of our clients, we are looking for a Supply Specialist, working remotely from Eastern Europe.

As a Supply Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain activities. Your responsibilities will span across monitoring purchase orders, managing inventory levels, analyzing expenses, and maintaining effective communication with manufacturers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced ecommerce industry, where you'll contribute to optimizing processes and driving cost efficiency. Accountabilities

• Purchase Order Monitoring: Ensure accurate tracking of orders, verify received shipments, and validate invoices.
• Inventory Management: Conduct weekly reviews to maintain healthy stock levels, plan future orders, and monitor sales performance.
• Cost Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing pricing, surcharges, and storage fees while optimizing logistics expenses.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with manufacturers, maintain an up-to-date product database, and facilitate cross-departmental communication.

• Proven knowledge of ecommerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and managing data.
• Excellent negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers effectively.
• Understanding of marketing strategies for product differentiation and performance improvement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
