I am looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in keeping things organized, optimizing schedules, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll be the right hand to an executive, helping with time management, communication, and strategic projects.
More specifically, you will:
โ Manage calendars, travel, and expenses
โ๏ธ Triage emails and coordinate communication across multiple channels
๐๏ธ Prepare for meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are completed
๐ Organize documents and oversee project management tasks
๐ Conduct research and analyze market trends and competitors
๐ Prepare executive briefs and gather data for strategic initiatives
๐ฒ Manage social media with an impact-focused approach
๐ก Coordinate events and assist with planning
Working Hours โฐ: This role starts part-time ( 4 hours per day), with the potential to grow into full-time. We offer flexibility in working hours, with some overlap in CST mornings for check-ins.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
โ 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives
โ Exceptional organizational and time management skills
โ Strong written and verbal communication skills
โ Ability to solve problems independently and stay proactive
โ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
โ Experience in calendar and travel coordination
โ Social media management and content creation skills
โ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

โญ Experience in marketing, SEO, or AI
โญ Project management experience or certification
โญ Familiarity with productivity tools like Asana or Notion
โญ Previous remote work experience
