We’re looking for an Amazon Ops Specialist to help manage the operational backbone of our business. We need someone who’s sharp, detail-oriented, and skilled in both Amazon Seller Central and creating polished reports. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly while helping us grow.

📊 Track performance KPIs across SKUs and markets.
🖌 Run listing optimizations, including design and copy updates.
🛠 Resolve account and product issues that could impact growth.

Working Hours ⏰:  This is a full-time position, and while we’re flexible about work hours, we’d like you available for about 5 hours a day between 10 AM - 3 PM Miami time.

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ Great English communication skills
✅ Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (front-end and back-end)
✅ Strong understanding of Amazon terminology like CVR, CTR, ACOS, TACOS
✅ Excellent skills in Google Sheets and creating clear reports
✅ Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience with design/listing building
⭐ Knowledge of marketing (Amazon PPC and/or social media marketing)

You should be detail-oriented, happy, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
