We’re looking for an Amazon Specialist - someone with strong technical skills, a strategic mindset, organized, collaborative, and skilled at solving problems.
This role is perfect for someone who loves technical work, supporting a team and helping brands succeed in the competitive e-commerce world. There's always something new, sometimes frustrating, but always educational to learn in e-com.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
🛠 Assist with account management on Amazon
📈 Upload SEO content, images, and other assets
📊 Pull and analyze reports, and manage Excel files
📋 Handle casework on Amazon
🤝 Collaborate with account managers to move clients’ brands forward.
The ideal candidate is a true team player—prompt, professional, and collaborative. You’re organized, eager to learn, and ready to help brands shine on the world’s largest e-commerce platform.
Working Hours : This is a full-time position with flexible hours, but at least half your day will overlap with our team’s working hours from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm CST.
Must-have skills:
✅ Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Meet
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to document and screenshot work
Brownie points:
⭐ Experience with Amazon or Amazon Ads
⭐ Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, SmartScout, or ClickUp
