We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who’s highly organized, task-driven, and can help our project managers stay focused on delivering exceptional results to clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality of our projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Here’s what you’ll be doing: 

📊 Summarize call recordings to capture key points and deliverables
🧠 Draft project documents like briefs, sitemaps, and SEO strategies
🗓 Help schedule meetings and manage project timelines
📄 Perform special projects assigned by agency leadership
🌐 Manage and update web content using the WordPress CMS
💼 Assist the project management and digital marketing teams with ongoing tasks

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with core working hours of 6am-2pm EST.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, and content creation
