The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and cash receipts.

• Manage collections: Manage collection efforts, including following up with clients and setting up payment plans
• Maintain records: Maintain accounts receivable records, including aging
• Communicate: Contact clients to request payment or set up payment plans
• Support audits: Support internal and external audits
• Evaluate policies: Evaluate current policies and recommend process improvements
• Manage projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls for the AR process
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Understanding of credit and collection processes
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) certification is preferred

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $47.000 – $57.000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
