As a Project Coordinator, you will support the People Operations Knowledge Management Program, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team and help streamline HR operations through effective project management and knowledge sharing!

Job Responsibilities

• Triage new work intake to ensure alignment with knowledge management goals and activities.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and scope for content projects across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate content reviews, approvals, and risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Provide regular updates on project status and escalate issues when needed.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 4+ years of project or program management experience in operations, customer service, or learning & development.
• Proven experience in content and knowledge management projects, from concept to launch.
• Strong communication skills with experience using content management systems (CMS) and user editing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects with evolving responsibilities.
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle ambiguity and adapt as needed.

Pay Range

Salary Range: $45-50/hr
