This is a hybrid opportunity in Los Angeles (Onsite 2–3 days per week).

About this Position

Our clients’ Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support searches across functions such as Communications, Public Policy/Global Affairs, Legal, and Marketing. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will source and screen candidates across a variety of pipelines while partnering closely with recruiters and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to attract and engage top-tier talent.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and recruiting researchers to understand hiring needs and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to determine effective ways to build and develop talent pipelines.
• Generate diverse talent pipelines, identifying candidates who will contribute to Netflix’s mission of entertaining the world.
• Source and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques, while providing support for high-volume roles.
• Assess and screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process.

Skills/Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to build strong talent pipelines across corporate functions such as Legal, Marketing, Communications, and Public Policy/Global Affairs.
• Self-motivated, driven, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Curious and eager to explore market trends, domain technologies, and business insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain data integrity.
• Skilled at using data to track progress and inform decisions.
• Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.

Additional Information

• Hybrid work environment (Onsite 2–3 days per week).
• 6-month contract position.

Pay Range:

• $90-$100/HR
