We are seeking a Client Acquisition & Training Program Manager to drive business growth and manage training program operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, preparing tailored training proposals, and ensuring the successful delivery of training sessions.
Client Acquisition & Engagement:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting companies and individuals seeking training services.
- Proactively contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce training offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Preparation of Training Offers & Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver detailed training proposals based on client needs, including training objectives, content, duration, and logistics.
- Customize training offers to suit specific client requirements, ensuring all elements align with client expectations and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for preparing offers and proposals.
Training Program Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of training programs, ensuring smooth delivery and execution.
- Coordinate with trainers, external partners, and venues to organize and schedule training sessions.
- Ensure all logistical aspects, such as training materials, facilities, and technology, are in place for effective program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of training sessions, ensuring that all objectives are met and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Client Meetings & Follow-ups:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with both potential and existing clients to discuss their training needs and present solutions.
- Assess client requirements, propose appropriate training programs, and provide guidance on the best options.
- Follow up with clients post-meeting to confirm agreements, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the proposed training services.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, client engagement, and training program performance.
Relationship Building & Networking:
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued collaboration and repeat business.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the client network and promote the company's training services.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training, sales, or client management roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of designing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for proposal preparation, client management, and organizing meetings.
