Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for driving multi-channel integrated marketing initiatives for all brands (JOEY Restaurants, LOCAL Public Eatery, SALTLIK). Having a pivotal role within the Marketing Department, as well as with cross-functional teams, Operations and brand partnerships, this senior leader will execute small, medium and large-scale regional and national programs. You’ll also be responsible for driving sales results and growth through the delivery, gift card and private events programs.
Wage Range: $110,000 to $125,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Oversee seasonal and annual programming across Canada and the US, marketing strategies, project budgets and roadmaps, execution and post analysis of various brand activations and promotions
- Lead the delivery portfolio for the enterprise, including promotional planning, merchandising, media and creative implementation, reporting, and performance optimization
- Develop creative briefs that are rooted in guest insights, storytelling and business objectives
- Work with external agencies and a broader group of partners (including but not limited to Creative, Bar, Culinary, Procurement, Technology, Finance and Operations) to develop, implement and report on scalable content, innovative creative and cohesive GTM plans that drive engagement and conversions
- Be accountable for the guest journey at each stage of the funnel with an emphasis on being a data-driven leader, providing recommended actions through analysis and insights
- Present marketing strategies, outcomes and performance roll-ups to an array of internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level leadership
- Foster professional growth and build a culture of high performance and excellence within the Marketing department, as well as coach and develop a direct report
Requirements:
- Experience & Education – 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably at a creative agency, or within hospitality, consumer or brand marketing, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
- A Seasoned Marketer – Well-versed with marketing programming and content channels, including in-store, digital (email, social, paid media, online ads, search), print, out-of-home and experiential

- Leadership & Team Collaboration – Ability to forge strong relationships at all levels through a fearless sense of leadership, dedication to the team and effective collaboration
