Permit Coordinator

John C. Cassidy is seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Permit Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the permitting and HOA approval process to ensure projects move forward without delays. This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate with municipalities, HOAs, and internal teams.

• Handle all permit applications to ensure compliance
• Work closely with Project Managers to track permit status and avoid delays
• Communicate with municipal agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals
• Maintain accurate records of permits, applications, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and resolve potential permitting roadblocks before they impact project timelines

• Experience in permit coordination, construction administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of building codes and zoning regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with city officials, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Proficiency in document management and tracking software is a must
