Part-Time Data Entry Specialist

Hourly $15-$18

Schedule: Flexible, 3-5 days per week, 3-8 hours per day

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented part-time Data Entry Specialist to support our team. This role requires someone who can efficiently work across multiple platforms, maintain accuracy, and is comfortable with occasional phone contact with customers when needed. This position also has the potential for growth opportunities and additional roles, if desired, within the company.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately enter and update data across a few software platforms (salesforce, excel, websites, etc.)
• Maintain complete, up-to-date records with super attention to detail
• Communicate with fellow team members as needed to verify or update information
• Assist with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Comfortable making and taking occasional calls when needed
• Reliable and able to work independently, but also as a member of a team
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus
