Joyce Factory Direct, a leader in residential home remodeling, is seeking a focused and results-driven Dialer Manager to oversee our outbound appointment setting team. Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the dialer system and appointment setters
- Monitor individual and team performance to ensure lead setting goals are met
- Coach and train appointment setters to improve conversion rates and effectiveness
- Maintain and optimize dialing strategies to improve efficiency and contact rates
- Track KPIs and call metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Hold team members accountable to performance standards and attendance
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier appointment setters
- Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to align lead strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience managing a call center or outbound phone sales/appointment setting team
- Strong understanding of dialing software such as Five9 or similar platforms
- Proven track record of improving team performance and hitting goals
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Data-driven, organized, and a strong communicator
- Must lead from the front and be willing to set the tone daily
