Responsibilities

  • Operate various machines and tools in the manufacturing of automotive interior parts.
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards to ensure product integrity.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections of parts and processes to identify defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and timelines.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues when they arise.
  • Document production activities and track metrics to improve efficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Basic understanding of production machinery and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
