What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to ensure efficient vehicle transport organization, maintain high operational standards, and handle requests and invoice management. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective follow-through. You are a proactive, hands-on individual with a strong troubleshooting mindset who can seamlessly integrate into our EU-based team across different countries.

What will you do?

• Timely and correct organization and follow-up of transport of vehicles (inbound & outbound).
• Compound management – timely and correct organization and follow-up of all compound related services (stock management, vehicle handling…).
• Ensure and maintain high quality standards and operational excellence.
• Handle invoice management: timely and correctly processing of the logistic related invoices.
• handle logistics related administration (follow up on freight documents such as CMR).

Who are you?

• You have some experience in logistics, with the right mindset and motivation being more important than years of experience.

• Experience in the automotive industry or a passion for cars is a plus, but a quick learner with the right mindset is just as valuable.
• You work proactively, have a keen eye for detail, and are a true troubleshooter.
• You are result driven and you enjoy taking ownership.
• You are fluent in English and German (both are mandatory). French is a plus.
• You are open to work at our office in Tienen three times per week.
