WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• leading strategic cross-functional projects, ensuring structured problem-solving from initiation through to implementation, in close collaboration with diverse teams
• conducting in-depth analyses to gather valuable insights, enabling fact-based recommendations for the business
• preparing and facilitating decision-making forums and meetings
• coaching and mentoring colleagues, supporting them in delivering professional work, and improving the team’s performance in areas such as structured problem-solving, change management, and workshop facilitation

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• has 2-3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or similar industry experience (retail experience is a bonus)
• possesses strong project management skills, an analytical mindset, and expertise in creating fact-based analyses and actionable recommendations
• demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to set clear goals, guide project teams, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
• is a trusted advisor with a reputation for building strong relationships and gaining the confidence of stakeholders
• has a high level of energy, a strong drive, and a quick learning curve to master new business areas
• is proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, and fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
